The Mindful Red Tent: Ostara Gathering
As we arrive at Ostara, the spring equinox, we gather to honour the moment of balance, when day and night stand equal, and the Earth begins to lean unmistakably toward light.
This is a threshold time: seeds are stirring beneath the soil, green shoots are emerging, and life is quietly but decisively turning outward. Ostara invites us to pause with this sense of becoming and to notice what is waking, what is ready to grow, and what still needs tenderness and patience.
In the soft, fire-lit warmth of the yurt, we come together to reflect, reconnect, and gently align with the rhythms of renewal unfolding both around us and within us.
This Mindful Red Tent offers a nourishing, grounded space for women to gather in presence, community, and mindful awareness of the season’s subtle shift.
All who identify as women are warmly welcome.
No experience needed, just bring yourself, just as you are.

What to Expect
Mindful Meditation: Resting in Balance, Welcoming Emergence
Through a gentle guided mindfulness practice, we’ll explore the qualities of balance, steadiness, and quiet growth that Ostara embodies. You’ll be invited to notice the interplay of rest and energy in the body, and to sense what is naturally beginning to emerge — without pressure or expectation.
This is a practice of patience and non-striving, allowing intentions to form organically, like seeds sensing the warmth of spring.
Council Sharing Circle
Seated in circle, we’ll pass a talking piece, creating space for reflection, listening, and shared presence. You may wish to speak about what is coming into balance in your life, what is ready to be nurtured, or simply offer your presence in silence.
We listen without fixing or advice, honouring the power of being witnessed in community.
Creative Ritual: Ostara Seed Blessing & Intention Pots
Ostara is traditionally associated with seeds, eggs, fertility, and new beginnings. We will sit with cups of tea and some simple craft activity - that I'll think up before then ;)
A time to integrate, soften, and leave feeling rooted and renewed.
