As we arrive at Imbolc, the ancient festival marking the first stirrings of spring, we gather to honour the quiet return of light, warmth, and possibility. Though winter still holds us, the Earth is beginning to awaken, and so too are our hopes, intentions, and creative sparks.

In the soft, fire-lit warmth of the yurt, we come together to pause, reflect, and gently tend the inner flame, the light that grows slowly, patiently, from within.

This Mindful Red Tent offers a sacred, nurturing space for women to reconnect with themselves, each other, and the subtle energies of renewal that Imbolc invites.

All who identify as women are warmly welcome. No experience needed - simply bring yourself, just as you are.

A Women’s Circle of Reflection, Connection & Gentle Awakening

The Ash Tree Yurt, Plumstead Rd, Norwich

18:30–20:30

Tuesday 3rd February 2026

What to Expect

Mindful Meditation: Tending the Inner Flame

Through a gentle guided meditation, we’ll honour where we are still resting, while welcoming the first signs of returning energy and inspiration. You’ll be invited to listen inwardly, nourish your inner light, and plant quiet intentions for the season ahead.

Council Sharing Circle

Seated in circle, we’ll pass a talking piece, creating space to share reflections, intentions, or simply our presence. Speaking from the heart and listening with care, we honour the power of shared story, witnessing, and sisterhood.

Creative Ritual: Imbolc Intention Candles

Imbolc is traditionally associated with candles, hearth fires, and Brigid In keeping with the themes of renewal and preparation, we’ll create beeswax Intention Candles and a traditional Brigid's cross.

Herbal Teas & Gentle Comfort

We’ll close the evening with warming herbal teas, wrapped in blankets and cushions, held by firelight and the quiet hum of community.
