The Mindful Red Tent: Beltane Gathering
As we arrive at Beltane, the cross-quarter festival of fire and fertility, we gather to honour the turning of the wheel into full bloom — a time when the Earth is alive with colour, warmth, and creative energy.
This is a threshold of aliveness: blossoms are opening, the days are stretching longer, and life is expressing itself in vibrant, visible ways. Beltane invites us to notice what is flourishing, what desires to be expressed, and where we are being called into connection — with ourselves, with others, and with the living world around us.
In the soft, fire-lit warmth of the yurt, we come together to celebrate, reflect, and gently attune to the rhythms of vitality, creativity, and expansion unfolding both around us and within us.
This Mindful Red Tent offers a nourishing, grounded space for women to gather in presence, community, and mindful awareness of the season’s fullness and fire.
All who identify as women are warmly welcome.
No experience needed, just bring yourself, just as you are.

What to Expect
Mindful Meditation: Awakening Vitality, Honouring Desire
Through a gentle guided mindfulness practice, we’ll explore the qualities of warmth, aliveness, and creative energy that Beltane embodies. You’ll be invited to sense where life is flowing in the body, to notice sparks of inspiration or desire, and to connect with what feels energising and alive — without pressure or urgency.
This is a practice of presence and permission, allowing your natural vitality to be felt and honoured, just as it is.
Council Sharing Circle
Seated in circle, we’ll pass a talking piece, creating space for reflection, listening, and shared presence. You may wish to speak about what is coming into bloom in your life, what you feel called to express, or where you are experiencing connection or longing.
We listen without fixing or advice, honouring the power of being witnessed in community.
Creative Ritual: Beltane Fire & Flower Offering
Beltane is traditionally associated with fire, flowers, fertility, and the celebration of life’s abundance. We’ll share tea and a simple, mindful creative ritual as a gentle way to honour what is blossoming and to welcome the fullness of the season.
A time to integrate, soften, and leave feeling connected, energised, and alive.
