A Mindful Pause
Mindfulness is "the awareness that arises from paying attention, on purpose, in the present moment and non-judgmentally" – Jon Kabat Zin
Join me and a small group of like-minded people in this serene space in the heart of the city to explore the simplicity and depth of a mindfulness practice. Each week we will explore mindfulness practices that you can easily integrate into your everyday life to help you feel calm, clear-headed and more present in your life.
Studies show that mindfulness reduces stress and anxiety, balances emotions, eases physical symptoms- including regulating hormones - and can actually rewire and strengthen our brains!
Whether you're an experienced mediator, dabbler or newbie, come along to this oasis and find out how a mindful approach could help you. If you would like to take a little time for yourself to cultivate calm among the chaos, secure your space now.
