If you are looking for a weight loss programme that will help you to identify old patterns and change them, foster positive relationships with your body and with food and get you lasting results that won't feel like a chore, this course is for you.
Research has found that hypnosis and guided visualisations were over 30 times as effective for weightloss than dieting alone(Cochrane, Gordan; Friesen J.1986).
In a comparison between normal diet programmes and those using hypnosis, those in the hypnosis groups lost more weight than 90% of non hypnosis participants and had still maintained the weight loss two years later (Alison DB, Faith MS 1996).
With over a decade of experience in using hypnotherapy to maximise health and wellbeing, I am pulling together all of my tried and tested tips and tricks to share with you in this group course. In addition, you will have the support and encouragement from this small community of peers.
Don’t worry! You don’t have to start living like a saint. This is a good time to start exploring your relationship with food, tuning into your body’s needs, letting go of habits that no longer serve you and recognising the impact of your thoughts and feelings on your body.

Course Outline:
Week 1: Time to check in - your thoughts are the key to uncovering the limiting beliefs that are keeping you stuck. Learn how to update unconscious beliefs and values with hypnotic language.
week 2: The hunger dial - learn to differentiate between physical and emotional hunger, reconnect with your body's wisdom and tune into signals of hunger and fullness. It's so much easier than calorie counting!
Week 3: The screen of your mind - self hypnosis is a fantastic tool for exploring what healthy choices align with the person you want to be and the life you want to live.
Week 4: Identify the cause - looking at the - often unconscious -outdated or inherited beliefs and values behind your current unhealthy patterns and updating them.
Week 5: Eat the rainbow - learn some hypnotic tricks to help you embrace a range of healthy foods and love drinking water!
Week 6: Exercise - establish a regular exercise habit that you actually enjoy
Week 7: Eliminate or reprogram your triggers - identify the unconscious triggers that have you indulging in those unhelpful habits before you know what's happening. Take charge and install a response that aligns with your goal.
Week 8: Boost metabolism - believe it or not, you can use visualisation to enhance the efficiency of your bodily processes!
Week 9: Find alignment - A deep dive, using Jungian Parts Theory, to identify the ways in which different aspects of your personality may have been 'sabotaging' your attempts to change and bringing them together to support your goal.
Week 10: Tackling emotional eating once and for all - by now you will be aware of the emotions that drive those unhelpful habits and this week we'll be tackling any that have not yet been resolved
Week 11: Love your body - learn to appreciate your body for all it does for you
Week 12: Keep up the good work - reflect, celebrate and maintain the momentum you've created
Week 13: A bonus session on June 10th to see how you've been getting on and make any tweaks
